About Tanner Coupland
I am Tanner Coupland - James T. Coupland on the license - and I own and run Out West Septic out of Santo, Texas. I install, repair, and inspect conventional gravity septic systems for rural homes and new builds around Palo Pinto County, and I do the land clearing, dirt work, and site prep that gets a rural build ready for one.
Licensed, and you can check it.

Installer I covers conventional, standard septic systems - the gravity tank and drainfield systems most rural North Texas places run. That is my lane, and I stay in it.

One person, start to finish.
Out West Septic is a one-man, owner-operated shop. When you call or text, you are talking to the person who will look at the ground, explain the options, give you the quote, and stand behind the septic work. I review quote requests myself.
Keeping site prep, dirt work, and conventional septic installation under one licensed installer helps a rural build stay in the right order - the drainfield area gets planned before the lot is cleared, not discovered after the pad is down.
What I do.
Septic is the trade: new conventional system installation, repair for backups, soggy yards, and failing drainfields, and inspections for people buying or selling rural property. The site work supports the same rural builds - clearing the lot, dirt work, and building-pad prep tied back to the septic plan.
I do not run a pump truck, and I do not install or maintain aerobic or mound systems. If your place needs pumping or a different system type, I will tell you plainly and point you to someone who does. The septic tank pumping guide and the aerobic vs. conventional guide explain those topics without a sales pitch.
Where I work.
I work rural North Texas roughly 50 miles around Santo, with property location and county confirmed for each job. Palo Pinto County is home - Lone Camp and Santo, Mineral Wells, Graford, and the Possum Kingdom Lake country - with rural work also reaching Hood, Erath, Stephens, Young, Jack, Eastland, Somervell, Wise, Bosque, Comanche, Hamilton, and Johnson counties when the job fits.
